Thomas Feng is media and communications manager at Youth Affairs Council Victoria who translates complex issues into compelling stories, particularly to help diverse and marginalised voices reach the mainstream. His work creates platforms and opportunities for communities, including young people and migrant and refugee communities to represent themselves through his work at Road to Refuge and the Centre for Multicultural Youth. His skills include developing and delivering marketing and communications strategy, implementing best practice in social media, media and public relations, public speaking, leadership and events management.
